I donât think thatâs a good idea, Mr. Kelly.
As reported byTMZ, Kelly was happy to be in confinement since he feared for his life, but he is now pleading for a return to the general population. His lawyer filed court documents stating that solitary confinement is designed for punishment instead of housing for people pending trial.Â
Kellyâs attorney,Steven Greenberg explained that Kelly has no interaction with humans, time outside, access to media, recreational activities, or visitation, and is showering only three days a week.
I Personally think its in Kellyâs best interest to stay in solitary confinement till trial starts.
