Judge Orders Birdman To Immediately Hand Over Keys To $12 Million Mansion

According to The Blast, Birdman has been ordered by a judge to immediately hand over the keys to his $12 million Miami mansion.

The Cash Money bossman has been in a dispute with a company called EMG Transfer Agent that claims that he's defaulted on a $12 million loan. The mansion was then put up as the loan's collateral. The Blast reports, "The court appointed person that will take control of the residence will also receive all contracts, leases, rental agreements, fixtures furniture and equipment … which includes the super comfy recliners in the theater room and the golden chairs in the luxurious foyer."

Though the property cannot be bought by anyone or transferred, as of yet, the judge who made this ruling did make the home available for leasing or renting. What a prize renting this mega-house can be for whoever's lucky to do this!

Hearing this story only makes us think of Lil Wayne, who's been at odds with Birdman for years now, after Weezy has continuously accused his former father figure of failing to pay him money that he's due from years of working under his Cash Money label, and later forming Young Money.

Birdman has yet to respond to this ruling. Guess he's too busy saying his goodbyes to his crib.
