According to The Blast, Tamar Braxton is responsive and has been moved to a new facility.
“Tamar has been transferred to another facility for further evaluation and treatment,” a spokesperson for the reality star told The Blast.
The singer will remain in the facility and undergo a mental health evaluation to determine what more may be needed.
